Here at NYFIGHTSOURCE we have various training gear to use, while being provided in a clean comfortable environment.   We have muay thai bags, heavy bags, double end bags, slip bags, focus pads, kicking shields, speed bags, Mook Jong(wooden dummy), pull up bars, slip lines, olympic rings,  We also have a full set of hex dumbells from 2 lbs up to 50lbs.  Additionally we have weight training gear, kettlebells, sand bags, and barbells. All for your MMA/Jeet Kune Do/ Martial Arts/ Physical training.  

       We additionally have a shower for members who need to shower after their training.  Complete with a fridge to keep any members drinks cold while training.
